Web based Manager & Employee Self Service

The latest version of the PeopleXD product has the capability to provide Manager and Employee self-service. This includes functionality for submission and approval of expenses, online timesheets and absence management. In addition, payslips can be delivered via the web interface. All delivered from a modern, intuitive and responsive interface.

Real time analytics & graphical reporting

Integrated into each functional area is the capability for real time analytics and reporting. This provides a consistent view of data across the business. Reports and dashboards can be designed centrally within each client and pushed out to a managers or employees portal.
