Application User Groups
Collaboration is at the core of everything we do in Asiera DIP Services. By facilitating User Groups, we enable peer-to-peer learning, bringing clients together to share knowledge and provide feedback to the Suppliers.
Our User Group sessions are in person events which take place twice yearly for most service areas. The sessions are client-driven and each service area has a User Group committee that meets regularly to identify the agenda for each session.

Application Discussion Groups
Our Service Management team hosts regular application discussion groups which allow our clients to informally discuss application-related topics with their peers.
These groups receive very positive feedback and can occur weekly, fortnightly or on an ad hoc basis. The sessions allow our clients to exchange knowledge and documentation, standardise processes, discuss legislative updates, and build strong relationships with each other.
